Stunning Spring wedding at Bognor Regis

A traditional wedding that will be treasured for years to come.

The day began at St. Magdalene Church, a setting filled with exquisite beauty.

Large oak beams, grey stone pillars, a solid and powerful building was the setting for this couple's matrimony. It was a bright sunny day and glorious sunlight shone through the stain glass windows onto the couple as they said their vows.

Roger’s face was a picture as he saw Emma walking down the aisle. Her beautiful bridesmaid dressed in a gorgeous purple frock who had tears in her eyes as she saw the happy couple meet at the front of the church.

There is something about a church wedding which makes the occasion that extra bit special, it was a wonderful service and the hymns rang around the church filling the atmosphere with joyful song. Emma looked stunning in her floor-length lace gown the groom and groomsmen were dressed in smart blue suits with red roses in their buttonholes. Emma and Roger knelt before the priest promising their lifelong commitment for each other to God. It was a beautiful ceremony and all the guests left the church beaming with joy for the newlyweds.

The reception is the time for people to really celebrate the couple's matrimony with dancing, good food and laughter and this wedding had it all. In the modern setting of a football club, the couples passions where highlighted throughout the day. Emma with her bouquet in her hand, Roger with a football under his arm. It was a wedding which celebrated the couple as two individuals coming together to make a wonderful union. I especially enjoyed taking photos of the couple and their party as they sat in the stands of the stadium. It was a moment to capture as them and their friends raised their hands in celebration, cheering! One of my favourite shots from the wedding reception was when the couple cut the cake. A white three-tiered cake with red roses and a bright blue Mr & Mrs Clement topper! The couple cut the cake with grins on their faces.

The wedding continued on throughout the day, guests went onto the dance floor boogieing to music under a canopy of twinkling lights. All of the generations dancing together celebrating the joining of two very special families. It was a really delightful day and I wish Emma and Roger a lifetime of happiness.
