A picturesque wedding at Southampton

Richard & Suzanne were wed at Westgate Hall in Southampton. The barn interior was picturesque with beams dressed in vines and white flowers created the exquisite romantic cove which this couple were wed in. The room beamed with joy as Richard & Suzanne sat in front of their guests and declared their vows. Suzanne looked incredible in her chic crossover white jumpsuit, with black and silver pointed stilettos. Looking both powerful and classy she had a stride in her step as she went down the aisle. They arrived together and left together proudly within their partnership.

My favourite part of the ceremony was capturing them as they signed the wedding register you could really see that deep connection that they have, it was beautiful to watch.

After the ceremony we went outside into the gardens and I was able to get lots of shots of the happy couple with their nearest and dearest. My favourite picture of the couple is them stood under a small tree next to the stone wall, the gentle breeze flows past them as they’re embracing, it is such a peaceful and spontaneous image.

The reception was held at the Dancing Man Brewery and it was the perfect setting to celebrate this couples matrimony. A large spiral staircase stood in the centre of the building and the guests waited in anticipation for the couple to call them up to greet them for the first time as husband and wife. Upstairs the room was decorated with bunting and twinkling lights. A large and luxurious spread of food was presented and the party of guests raised their glasses and indulged in celebration of the couple. Next up speeches, Richard and Suzanne gave a fantastic speech, thanking their guests for attending and each other for constant support and devotion.
The evening continued late into the night with live music, dancing and laughter as couple and their guests celebrated this inspirational companionship. I had a blast photographing Suzanne & Richard’s wedding and I wish them a lifetime of happiness and laughter.
