A Beautiful Late Summer Wedding in Brighton & Hove
Paul and Sharon tied the knot on a beautiful late August day at the Brighton & Hove Registry Office. Sharon looked stunning in a strappy, tea-length wedding dress, carrying a bouquet of pink and white roses. Before the ceremony, we captured Paul outside with his groomsmen, waiting eagerly in a sharp three-piece suit with a green silk tie. Inside, Sharon joined her bridesmaids in elegant green Grecian gowns.
The grand ceremony room, with its oak table and curved seating, provided the perfect setting for Paul and Sharon to exchange vows. A highlight of the day was their daughter reading a heartfelt poem, with their children playing an important role in the ceremony. My favorite moment came when the couple signed their marriage certificate, radiating pride and joy. Later, standing before a large gold mirror, they shared a special glance as newlyweds.
Afterward, we moved to the beach, where the promenade was beautifully decorated with blue ribbons and white roses. The couple looked lovingly at each other, and we captured some beautiful moments. The reception featured a delightful afternoon tea and the most exquisite three-tier cake, adorned with white lace, pearls, and a teapot pouring flowers. Cutting it was a bittersweet moment, but it was as delicious as it was stunning.
One of the most charming elements of the day was the little wooden train, often pulled along by the children, which appeared throughout the celebration. The speeches, especially Paul’s, brought smiles to everyone’s faces, particularly Sharon’s. Guests danced, celebrated, and enjoyed a magical afternoon filled with joy, laughter, and cake.
We look forward to exciting projects in the future, including family portraits and mini sessions. We still have availability for weddings 2025/2026.
