I’ve always been a fan of working at Selden Barns in West Sussex. The stunningly breath taking views appear to stretch for miles and are the perfect setting for every event, especially a wedding.

With the sun blazing and the sky deep blue, Selden Barns made a near flawless backdrop for the beautiful wedding of Matt and Jessica back in July. Every detail of the day was designed with care and consideration – nothing had been rushed here. From the table decorations to the bouquets and hair pieces, this was Matt and Jessica’s day, through and through. No one could deny the beauty in the stark contrast between the traditional white dress of the bride next to the vibrant red of the bridesmaids! The two colours, entirely polarised from one another, stood out from the deep green surroundings that encapsulated the day. There’d be no reason why you would, but you could not have missed this wedding party if you tried! I enjoy working at any kind of shoot but I must be honest and say that weddings are my favourite.

There’s something about the joy of two people being joined together that gets my heart pumping! This day was no different and I am so grateful to Matt and Jessica for giving me the opportunity to capture their special day. I wish you both all the best in your marriage and all that you go on to do!
