Field Place Manor House Wedding | Terry and Anthea

A stunning Spring barn wedding

Field Place Manor House & Barns in Worthing offered the perfect backdrop for Terry and Anthea’s wedding.

Burrowed in eight acres of impressive landscaped grounds which featured its original Georgian façade, the Grade II listed Manor House, which is awe-inspiring in style and feature, was the perfect venue for such a magical moment.

Anthea and her bridesmaids enjoyed a calming and yet tranquil morning of bridal preparations; consisting of hair and make up alongside celebratory drinks and giggles.

The room had a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. It was evident it was going to be an exceptional day.

Anthea’s dress was absolutely stunning. With exquisite embroidery and a ravishing lace hemmed train, it was splendid seeing it hanging up on display whilst she was getting ready.

Her gold glittered toe heels were simply outstanding too alongside her beautiful and delicate white bouquet. They provided a sense of glamour and beauty to such an exceptional occasion.

Watching Anthea walk down the aisle towards Terry was a real honour. It was remarkable to see the look of pure excitement and happiness across her face as she proceeded to walk towards him. They both looked so infatuated as they declared their undying love for one another.

Surrounded by family and friends, the room felt very uplifted. Everyone had a smile across their face. It was truly sensational being able to be a part of their special day together.

As Terry and Anthea proceeded to signed the registry book, the glow they had around them was mesmerising. The delight across everyone’s faces as they kissed each other was very poignant indeed.

There was also a wonderful colour theme throughout the day too.

Anthea’s bridesmaids were simply dazzling in their navy off the shoulder floor length style dresses whilst Terry looked delightful and dashing in his checked navy suit.

The groomsmen were also smart in their navy suits whilst the mother of the bride looked sensational in her strikingly bold blue dress with a light cream shoulder jacket.

They certainly made for some eye catching and striking photos on the day.

After the ceremony, it was a real joy to be able to capture everyone collectively.

It also offered the chance for some real cosy and affectionate photos of Terry and Anthea too; as Husband and Wife. As the wedding party proceeded to make their way outside towards the Wedding Gardens and Bandstand, there was a real intimate moment where Terry and Anthea were standing together, face to face, down Wisteria Walk. With an oak beamed pergola, offering an aisle of soft wisteria leading from the Pavilion to the bandstand, it provided a sensational and spectacular backdrop for some stunning wedding photos.

As they began to walk while holding hands outside amongst the greenery of the grounds, there was another magical moment where they both looked exceptionally joyful together; when Terry was holding Anthea close to him. It summed up the day nicely of just how happy they were to be married and to be able to spend the rest of their lives together.

Later that evening, they enjoyed a real celebration amongst family and friends full of music, dancing, delicious food and of course, a beautiful wedding cake. Consisting of 3 tiers, with a light blue and navy marble effect along with gold detailing, their wedding cake was absolutely stunning.

Overall, It was a truly breathtaking occasion and one I was privileged to have captured.
