Your perfect small intimate wedding

“Meet me at the altar for our happily ever after 14.07.20” Carl & Jenny got hitched in a very different way to how they had imagined. That, however, did not stop it from being a very magical day. Carl & Jenny tied the knot after ten years to the very day of being together at Crawley Registry Office. Before Jenny arrived, Carl waited in anticipation. Kneeling in front of the webcam, where all of his close friends and family watched and waited. Jenny arrived looking incredible in her floor-length, heart-shaped lace bodice gown, with ribbon ties. Paired with a long vale and a boutique of white roses, she looked stunning. It was a small ceremony, just them, Jenny’s maid of honour and the registrars. We watched in pure delight as Carl & Jenny made their lifelong promise to each other.

After the ceremony, we went outside and Carl & Jenny were photographed next to their very cool ride. A black and silver Audi with a red leather interior. They looked like two celebs, riding in style. The happy couple were met outside Hargreaves Rustington House by a handful of their closest family and friends. It was so lovely seeing them being greeted for the first time as man and wife. I took so many wonderful shots of them altogether, with the beautiful Hargreaves Rustington House in the background.

My favourite shot of Carl & Jenny that day was of them standing on the venue steps. Carl on the bottom step looking up at Jenny on the top step. His face was full of love and joy. From there, it was a short hop to Jenny’s sisters for the reception in her garden. A white marque made out in fairy lights. The wedding cake topper was the best I’ve seen in years. A direct reference to Carl’s passion for footie.

The afternoon continued with Carl & Jenny’s first dance, it was hard to pick my favourite photo from the day as so many of the shots showed the happy couple at their best. Laughing and in love. “Since 14.07.10 we’ve had our love and laughter”.
