A beautiful, scenic venue for a dream wedding

Ben & Roxie got married on the 8th April, at the beautiful Warley Park Golf Club in Essex. Their wedding was full of glamour and unique quirks. The day started when I joined Roxie and her bridesmaids for a relaxing morning. It was lovely seeing them all full of excitement for the joy’s day ahead. I especially loved all the personalised details, like the Prosecco flutes and breakfast hamper. The bridesmaids stood proudly next to Roxie in their ash pink gowns with their pink and white rose bouquets tied up with brown string. A highlight of the wedding was when the turquoise blue 1950’s Zodiac pulled up. Elvis would have been proud. Roxie looked stunning in a floor length dress, which glided across the floor, a lace bodice which shouted Vogue Glamour. I especially loved taking the images of Roxie next to the Zodiac, they looked as if they’re made for each other. Almost as much as Ben and Roxie do.

Elegant and classy the interior of the venue was perfect, with baby pink bows on chairs and exquisite pastel pink roses. The wedding was full of individual quirks and touches which shone out the personalities of the couple, the ceremony was beautiful and tears were shed from both parties. I never get bored of witnessing that moment when the groom sees the bride for the first time and this time with Ben was priceless, one of my favourite images of the day was capturing his face when he saw Roxie walking down the aisle, he couldn’t have been more chuffed to be marrying her.

The reception is the chance for everyone to share their wonderful and humorous stories of the couple, it was a wedding full of laughter and shared joy. The Mr & Mrs Jones cake was a show stopper, again the pastel roses appeared in all their beauty. The first dance was mesmerising to watch and you could see that deep connection that the couple share, everyone watched them entranced. The wedding continued late into the night, celebrating and dancing the night away. It was a delight to photograph Roxie and Ben’s special day and I wish them all the happiness for the future.
