Local photo printing in Lancing, West Sussex. Having found it difficult to find a top quality printing service at a reasonable price, the decision was taken to bring this in my hometown. So having purchased an A3 printer, I am available to offer best quality prints at a very reasonable price and sizes up to A3 (16x12")
Print Sizes: Do you find print sizes confusing? So do I! That's why I decided to make it easier for you. This print guide shows you how different print sizes would look. Note that larger sizes always look best. Sizes are displayed in inches.
Image Quality: I use Canon inks on a Canon printer giving you the best quality. All prints are made using Photo Glossy paper 240gsm (grams per square meter) a universal high gloss bright white photo paper giving excellent image quality. I choose Gloss as my default paper surface, but if you would like your print finished in Lustre that's absolutely fine, just email to let me know at the time of placing your order. My latest camera produces prints at 36.2 million pixels, this combined with my professional selection of lenses, filters and sympathetic post processing techniques produce images that are packed full of detail.
Framed Prints & Mount Sizes: I can order frames and picture mounts personally. The picture frames bring instant style to your living room or office with a sleek black matt coating. This versatile frame can make any of your artwork or photograph look even more stunning. It can be used both portrait and landscape style. A mount board can be included to fit your picture perfectly if you wish.
Quality Control: Each photographic print is personally approved by Darren, and will only be despatched to you if it is in perfect condition.
Note on sizes: Sizes shown indicate the dimensions of the paper. For standard format photographs, the images will be printed to the full size of the paper. Non-standard images (e.g. panoramic, square format etc) may include some white borders. Please note all sizes are approximate.
Payment Method: All payments on this website are processed automatically through Stripe (which is a default payment type). You do not need a Stripe account to buy my prints but I can also accept PayPal if you prefer. You can use any credit or debit card to pay via Stripe and can even make payments if you do not have an account. Bank transfers can also be accepted as a method of payment. Please contact me if you would like to pay using this method.
Packaging: This is included in all prices of the prints for delivery in the UK only. All my photographic loose prints will be carefully rolled, wrapped in tissue paper and then sealed inside a protective wide cardboard tube. For delivery outside of the UK, please contact me for prices.
Processing and Delivery: I endeavour to despatch all print orders within 10 working days of placing an order. If for any reason there is a delay, I will contact you by email to advise. In reality the majority of orders are despatched much sooner than 10 working days.
Delivery within the UK is included for all print orders. Photographic Prints are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post; you will be emailed to advise when your print has been shipped. Framed prints will be despatched via courier.
For all items in the Shop page, postage prices will be included for postage within the UK. For all international shipping orders, a surcharge will apply to cover the cost to your destination. If you are an international customer please contact me when you are ready to submit your order. Please allow approx 14 days for international delivery, however if you like the prints delivered on a specific date, please email me directly at: email@example.com and I'll do my very best to help. If you have any questions relating to the packaging of orders, please contact me.
Returns Policy: I take pride in customer service both in the quality of my prints and in the efficiency with which I process orders. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please return the item(s) in as-new condition within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item I will be happy to offer you a choice of either a replacement, or a full refund. Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods. I will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, I will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to me for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties, unless I am required by law to do so. Your email address may be used occasionally to send promotional news relating to Darren Gritton Photography. How do I cancel my order: If you place an order and then decide that you would like to cancel it, please inform me the same day. If you cancel the order before it is printed, you will receive a 100% refund. If however, you want to cancel your order after the merchandise has been printed and sent, you must send back the item(s) at your own expense and I will refund you the total, when the item returns in its original condition. You have 7 days to return the item from delivery.
